{"id":2988,"date":"2026-07-16T16:41:21","date_gmt":"2026-07-16T20:41:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.edimonde.com\/project-coordinator\/"},"modified":"2026-10-09T16:03:47","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T20:03:47","slug":"project-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.edimonde.com\/en\/project-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Full-time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contribute to the creation of editorial projects for readers around the world.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EDImonde Inc., an international publishing house specializing in high-quality reference guides, is seeking an organized, versatile, and rigorous project coordinator to ensure the planning, coordination, and monitoring of its various projects.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful candidate will work closely with authors, journalists, copy editors, translators, graphic designers, web developers, printers, and partners to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality objectives are met.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Main Responsibilities<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan, coordinate, and monitor editorial, digital, and promotional projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize project meetings and conduct necessary follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare mandates for collaborators, suppliers, and partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate the production of books, websites, promotional campaigns, and digital publications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor translations, copy editing, layout, printing, and distribution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with printers, distributors, web developers, and other suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in improving production processes and working methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce progress reports and recommend solutions in case of unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use key artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity and project management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent planning, organizational, and priority management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of project management tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent command of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical mindset, autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Candidate Profile<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in administration, project management, communications, publishing, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in project coordination or project management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in a publishing house or media organization is an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiative and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership, professionalism, and team spirit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest in travel, publishing, and new technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desire to contribute to international projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full-time Contribute to the creation of editorial projects for readers around the world.
